This was our second stay at Unique Towers, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Colombo, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable, creating a true home-away-from-home experience. What truly sets this place apart is the staff—everyone was warm, courteous, and prompt in attending to our needs. A special thanks to Mr. Dilshan for his exceptional hospitality; his attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt so comfortable that we decided to extend our stay by another four nights. Highly recommended!

The staff is very courteous and provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. They are attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist you with your request. They offer elegant and well-appointed apartments that are decorated with good furnishings and amenities. The beds are comfortable. Great Location is a highlight. The international and Sri Lankan breakfast is really in good quality. Staff is attentive on every aspect of the stay. From hassle-free check-in/checkout to the meticulous housekeeping, the hotel ensures that every detail is taken care of. Overall, the stay was perfect.

Very big apartment, The cleanliness, tranquillity and friendly staff. Ideal family apartment for maximum 6 persons, and very close to Arpico store. We ordered 2 extra soft pillows which we got them and was really extra soft. Kitchen is well equipped. Room service breakfast is possible. The taxi service was excellent also with a host to guide and stay with you for the whole day, this was super nice and we feel very secure with our driver/host Mr. Rizwan. A special thanks also to Dilshan .

The property is located in a central part of Colombo within walking distances to shops and restaurants. The apartments are ideal for couples and also families offering two to three bedrooms with bathrooms. The property manager is friendly, ready to help with any requests you may have. He can even arranged transportation with car and drivers to travel around Sri Lanka. Staff is friendly too. The apartment complex has a security guard day and night. You can also shop for food nearby.

My stay was extremely comfortable. The apartment I stayed in was well appointed. It was clean, quiet, and right in the middle of Colombo. And the staff were incredibly accommodating. I lost my phone on a tuktuk and one of the managers spent two hours chasing the tuktuk, with me on my laptop with “Find my phone” locating the phone. Can’t recommend this place enough. Book it now!
